The existing website suffered from navigation barriers, unclear product messaging, missing calls to action, and inconsistent branding. Key pages lacked context or purpose, and the overall content hierarchy did not support product discovery or conversion. First-time visitors were unlikely to trust the site enough to purchase.

How We Approached It

UX Audit & Issue Discovery

We conducted a thorough review of the existing Shopify store, identifying usability, content hierarchy, and conversion issues across every key page — from homepage messaging confusion and missing CTAs to broken downloads, stale content, and inconsistent visual identity.

UX & UI Design Improvements

We translated each finding into meaningful, prioritised improvements — restructuring page layouts, simplifying navigation, introducing clear purchase pathways, strengthening visual identity with an expanded colour palette, and ensuring every section served a defined purpose.

Implementation & Quality Assurance

We implemented the improvements across the Shopify store, working through client approval, user acceptance testing, and quality assurance to ensure every change met the agreed standard before going live.
