Challenge
Clayton Surveying came to us with a clear problem: despite their expertise in surveying and project management for commercial and prime residential clients, they were practically invisible online. With no website and no cohesive brand identity, they were missing out on opportunities to connect with the clients who needed their services most.
The challenge was twofold. First, we needed to create a comprehensive, responsive website that would establish their digital presence and accurately reflect the premium nature of their work. It had to be accessible, functional, and engaging—giving potential clients confidence in their expertise. Second, we needed to develop a brand identity strong enough to communicate their unique value proposition and help them stand out in a competitive market.
Solution
We built Clayton Surveying a mobile-first, WordPress-based website designed to grow alongside their business. Using modern web technology, we created a flexible foundation that allows for easy expansion—whether that’s adding new pages, features, or case studies as their services evolve. Secure inquiry forms were integrated to capture leads effectively, while a streamlined case study feature enables them to showcase their expertise and build credibility with potential clients.
Beyond the technical build, we worked closely with Clayton Surveying to develop a complete brand identity from the ground up. Through collaborative workshops, we crafted brand narratives that captured their ethos, values, and what sets them apart in the surveying and project management sector. This process culminated in a distinctive logo set and a comprehensive digital brand guidelines document, giving them a cohesive visual identity to use across all touchpoints—online and off.
The result is a professional digital presence that reflects Clayton Surveying’s expertise while providing the tools they need to connect with commercial and residential clients, demonstrate their value, and support sustainable business growth.

We began by getting to grips with Clayton Surveying's challenge: no online presence and no cohesive brand identity. This foundation allowed us to map out a clear path forward.
Working closely with the Clayton Surveying team, we developed a brand identity from the ground up. This collaborative process involved crafting brand narratives that captured their essence, ethos, and unique selling points. We designed a distinctive logo set and created a comprehensive digital PDF book of brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
With the brand identity established, we planned a mobile-first, multi-page WordPress website that would reflect Clayton Surveying's premium services. We mapped out essential features including secure inquiry forms and a case studies section, ensuring the site would be both functional and scalable as the business grows.
