Challenge

The challenge

Chorus Independent Financial Planning came to us with a website that wasn’t doing justice to their expertise or values. Despite their strong reputation for transparent, ethical financial advice, their online presence told a different story. The outdated design and confusing navigation were creating barriers rather than building trust, resulting in high bounce rates and missed opportunities to connect with potential clients.

For a firm built on long-term relationships and personalised service, their website needed to reflect the same care and clarity they bring to their client work. CIFP needed a digital presence that would communicate their independent approach, showcase their expertise, and provide visitors with an intuitive experience that encouraged engagement rather than frustration.

Solution

The solution

We partnered closely with Chorus Independent Financial Planning to create a website that would authentically communicate their values of transparency, independence, and ethical advice. Through careful research into their target audience and competitive landscape, we developed a comprehensive strategy that would position CIFP as a trusted partner for clients seeking personalised financial planning.

The new WordPress-managed website spans over 10 pages, including Home, About, Documents, Contact, and Links. We followed our proven four-phase approach to ensure every detail was considered. During the Concept phase, we mapped out the site structure and gathered all necessary content and assets. The Design phase brought CIFP’s vision to life through detailed mockups of key pages. In the Technical phase, we built the site in a staging environment, optimising every page for search engines and performance. Finally, our Testing phase included both internal alpha testing and external beta testing with real users before launch.

The finished website is fully responsive, delivering an excellent experience whether visitors arrive on mobile, tablet, or desktop. Clear navigation and strategic calls to action guide potential clients through CIFP’s services, making it easy for them to understand how CIFP can help them achieve their financial goals. The site reflects CIFP’s commitment to building long-term relationships through honest, independent advice.
